How To Book
The person that you need to contact is our Booking Administrator, Judith.

If the phone is busy or there is no reply, please send her a text (preferable), or leave a short voicemail message - including your name and contact number - and she will retun your call as soon as possible.

Please follow the steps below to ensure that your booking is taken correctly
1. Initial enquiry by email / phone
2.Judith to respond within 24 hours of initial enquiry
3. Once details agreed, Judith will send out the hire agreement and standard conditions within a further 48 hours, usually via email unless requested by post, the hirer then completes the agreement and returns to Judith, as well as sending payment of the deposit either via BACS or by cheque to David
4. The booking will only be confirmed once both the form and payment are received.
5. Balance of payment to be received not less than 7 days prior to the event.
An additional refundable damage deposit is payable on the day of hire.
