For the Coddenham Fete on Saturday 8th September

Categories and Classes for 2018

PRESERVES:

A jar of jam

A jar of jelly

A jar of chutney

A a jar of marmalade

A jar of lemon curd

 

HOME BAKING

Victoria Jam sandwich (using 3 eggs)

Loaf of home made bread using yeast (NOT made in a bread maker)

4 Fruit scones

3 decorated cup cakes

A cake using a vegetable eg carrot

 

FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS

Jug of flowers for the kitchen table

Flower decoration not exceeding 10” in any direction

Tied bunch of culinary mixed herbs (may include edible flowers)

A single flower in a vase

A flowering pot plant (max 8” pot)

 

GARDEN PRODUCE (plates will be supplied)

6 runner beans, 3 courgettes. 6 tomatoes

5 apples, 5 pears,
